Our complimentary prerecorded video broadcasts by Adyashanti are replays of selected previous broadcasts that we have found to be popular or address choice topics. Some have been newly prerecorded by Adyashanti. As with the live broadcasts, all you need is an internet connection.
Our yearly 2-month online retreat, A Revolution of Being, is a great way to spend two months with Adyashanti, diving into the depths of spirituality while living your everyday life. The structure helps you awaken to spiritual insight and integrate this realization into your daily presence, interactions, and activities. It’s designed for serious students committed to spiritual awakening and living the most free and loving life that they can. The format includes live online talks, Q&A, summary notes of sessions, video practices, guided meditations, sharing of experiences by participants through written reports and virtual breakout conference calls. Retreat materials are available for video replay and audio download and accessible for three months after the retreat ends.
As an extension of our 2-month online retreats, The ARC is our dedicated community devoted to ongoing spiritual practice, inquiry, and embodiment of Adyashanti’s teachings. The ARC includes ongoing access to the 2-month retreat teachings of the given year, new monthly teachings from Adyashanti, and connection opportunities with other ARC members.
For those who wish to dedicate a week to spiritual practice and inquiry, our online silent retreats with Adyashanti give you the opportunity to experience a retreat from within the convenience of your home or desired environment. The format includes live online talks, guided meditations, Q&A, silent meditation periods, and optional qi gong and virtual gatherings. While we provide a recommended schedule that simulates the structure of an in-person event, you can design a schedule that works for you and your time zone; all retreat recordings are made available for video replay and audio download (and are accessible for two months after the retreat).
Our 4-week online courses focus on a particular subject chosen by Adyashanti and inspire a contemplative and experiential investigation of the topic. In addition to live weekly teachings, these courses offer weekly practices to inquire and apply the teachings between sessions. The format includes live online sessions (and video replays), video practices, Q&A, and audio downloads of all recordings. Course materials are available for video replay and audio download for two months after the course ends.
Adyashanti offers daylong intensives that address a chosen theme. The format includes live online talks, guided meditations, and emailed Q&A. A video replay is available for three weeks after the intensive, at which time an audio download set is also provided.
Our self-guided courses are previously delivered live online courses by Adyashanti. Each course offers a step-by-step approach that makes it easy for you to review the materials and apply the teachings as if you had been experiencing the live course. The format includes videos, audio downloads, practice exercises, written Q&A, and summary notes of all live broadcasts.
Retreats are an opportunity to spend extended time over several days in full silence with Adyashanti and participants who share an intention for deep inquiry. The daily schedule will include multiple periods of silent meditation (some guided), talks by Adyashanti, and time for questions from participants. There are currently no in-person retreats being offered.
Meetings with Adyashanti are a time of investigation into the nature of spiritual awakening. Each meeting begins with a period of silence, followed by a talk, and then opportunity for questions from the audience. There are currently no in-person meetings being offered.
Intensives are an opportunity to spend concentrated time in inquiry and meditation with Adyashanti and the sangha. Each day will include several talks, opportunity for questions from participants, and periods of meditation. Adyashanti will explore various aspects of spiritual awakening and living an awakened life. There are currently no in-person intensives being offered.
Silent Meditation Days are a type of intensive where we join together and turn deeply within to “Be Still and Know.” This day of meditation and reflection will include meditation instruction, several periods of silent sitting (one guided), and a talk by Adyashanti. There are currently no in-person meditation days being offered.
