Adyashanti, author of The Direct Way, Sacred Inquiry and The Most Important Thing, is a spiritual teacher devoted to serving the awakening of all beings. Asked to teach in 1996 by his Zen teacher of 14 years, Adyashanti’s teachings are an invitation to stop and recognize what is true and liberating at the core of all existence.
