Registration and Information

  • Online Registration: Online preregistration for the complete 2-day event is available for $180.
  • Single-Day and At-the-Door Registration, Space Permitting: If you wish to register for either Saturday or Sunday, or if you missed the preregistration deadline, you may register at the door, as available. At-the-door registration is $100 for one day or $200 for both days, cash or checks only.
    Seating is cushioned pews. You may bring additional cushions for comfort.
  • Scholarships: Limited scholarships are available; apply by June 30.
  • Meals and Lodging: The schedule will include short breaks each day and you are welcome to bring snacks or pick up something to eat at a local restaurant during that time.
    Local hotels and Bed and Breakfast lodging are available through various online bookings. Due to limited housing in the Ithaca area at this time, please consider lodging in towns in the surrounding area as well.
  • Parking: Parking is free on the weekends in the downtown garages close to the church.
