Making Travel Arrangements
Once you have received a retreat attendance confirmation, you
can begin planning your trip. When making travel arrangements
for retreat, keep in mind that in order to attend retreat, you
are required to arrive on time (for check-in on the
first day of retreat), and stay through the end of the retreat
(just before lunch on the last day). Please allow extra time in your travel
itinerary for traffic, lines at the airport, etc.
Transportation to Mount Madonna Center
Air Transportation
The local airport near Mount Madonna is San Jose International Airport (60 minutes away).
We recommend flying in no later than 1:30 pm on the first day
of retreat and departing no earlier than 4:00 pm on the last day
of retreat. Check-in begins at 3:00 pm.
Ground Transportation

Transportation to Garrison Institute
Air Transportation
The local airport near Garrison is Stewart International Airport (40 minutes away). A flight into one of the New York City airports or Newark, NJ airport is also an option. We recommend flying in no later than 2:00 pm on the first day of retreat and departing no earlier than 4:00 pm on the last day.
Ground Transportation

Transportation to Granlibakken Conference Center
Air Transportation
The local airport near Granlibakken is Reno-Tahoe International Airport (60 minutes away). Visit renoairport.com for more information. We recommend flying in no later than 2:30 pm on the first day of retreat and departing no earlier than 4:00 pm on the last day.
Ground Transportation
www.granlibakken.com offers additional detailed information and offers a shuttle service to and from Reno Airport. Contact them directly to make arrangements at least 7 days in advance.
Transportation to Mennorode Conference Center
Air Transportation
The local airport near Mennorode is Schiphol Amsterdam Airport (70 minutes away).Your flight should arrive no later than 3:00 pm on the first day of the retreat and depart no earlier than 4:00 pm on the last day.

Air Transportation
The local airport near Mangrove is Sydney International Airport (1.5 hours away). Visit www.sydneyairport.com.au for more information. We recommend flying in no later than 2:00 pm on the first day of retreat and departing no earlier than 5:00 pm on the last day.

Transportation to Asilomar
Air Transportation
The local airport near Asilomar is the
Monterey Peninsula Airport (15 minutes away), though flights into San Jose International
Airport (1.5 hours away) are more economical. Your flight should arrive no later than 2:00 pm on the first day of the retreat and depart no earlier than 4:00 pm on the last day.

Staying Extra Nights
Staying extra nights at the retreat sites before or after the retreats is sometimes possible. Contact the retreat sites directly for availability after you have received your retreat confirmation.
