About This Event
Monthly Meditation
The stillness of meditation and the dynamic inquiry of satsang are a potent combination for realization. Accordingly, Mukti offers monthly meditations in Palo Alto, CA on a donation basis. These meditations include two 40-minute periods of silent sitting with a silent break between. Mukti may occasionally lead a guided meditation during the first sitting.
