License to Use Downloaded or Streamed Audio and Video
When you download or stream audio or video content (“Content”) made available by Café Dharma/Open Gate Sangha either for free or for a fee, Café Dharma/Open Gate Sangha, Inc., grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download or stream such Content to your computer and/or your personal listening or viewing device(s) solely for your personal non-commercial use.  You agree not to copy, reproduce, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, or distribute or use Content in any other manner. You shall not sell, transfer, lease, modify, create derivative work from, distribute or publicly perform the Content in any manner and you shall not exploit it commercially. Café Dharma
Café Dharma includes an Internet radio program, Radio Adyashanti, that invites listener calls.  By calling the program and providing your name, likeness, voice, and any questions or other material (“Caller Materials”) you grant Open Gate Sangha, Inc., its affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns the irrevocable right, in perpetuity, to use the Caller Materials in connection with the production, distribution, exhibition, advertising, and dissemination of the program you called (“Program”), and to edit, delete, alter and amend the Caller Materials in any manner, and to juxtapose the Caller Materials with any other material. The Program may be utilized throughout the world, in perpetuity, and in any and all media now or hereafter devised (including but not limited to streaming, downloads, and CDs that are provided free or for a fee) without any payment to you. The Program will be the property of the Open Gate Sangha, Inc., who has no obligation to use the Caller Materials in the Program.  Callers must be 18 years of age or a parent or guardian must provide consent at the time of the call. 

Security Policy; Your Account;
The safety of your credit card information is important to us, and we have taken measures to protect the security of your online order information.

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide both server authentication and data encryption.  SSL technology encrypts your credit card number and other order information you input before it is sent to us.  You can determine the security of your connection by looking at the bottom of your Internet browser window after you have accessed our website-SSL technology is active if there is a solid key or a closed lock.

When you send us an email (as distinguished from a secure order form, which is encrypted), it is not necessarily secure and is not encrypted.  It is our policy to never send your credit card number via e-mail.  While we implement the above and other security measures to protect your information, please note that no data transmitted over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
